ATS warning "Observation: GameCircle Registration Incomplete"

When submitting a Live Test, I have started getting them flagged with an issue of "GameCircle Registration Incomplete". This is on an App that is currently live and I'm not aware of having made any changes to the GameCircle configuration, between versions that are flagged and earlier ones not flagged, either in the app or the online configuration. As far as I can tell, GameCircle seems to be working both in the live version and the test versions flagged with the issue. We have been holding off submitting a bug fix because of this, should we just ignore the issue and submit it anyway?

I run into this same problem for my app, so what did you do to fix it?

Still waiting to hear back from Amazon, so for the moment we are ignoring the warning and have submitted. The update has gone live and we haven't had any reports of GameCircle not working yet.
