Proper UI handling of GameCircle not initializing

I have had my app fail the review process multiple times due to how I handle the UI when GameCircle fails to initialize. When it fails to initialize (or takes a long time to initialize) and a user tries to access GameCircle features, I show a message stating that GameCircle currently isn't available or initialized and to try again. This logic evidently doesn't pass muster with the App Review team. I can't find in the documentation what the required handling of these events is. Any pointers to help me get my app through the review process?

Hi there, Thanks for posting. From my perspective, this sounds logical. What is the reason your app is failing for? Regardless, I think the API handles situations like that itself, so you may not even need to apply any of your own code to it failing. Regards, Jamie

Thanks for responding Jamie. Yes, my solution seemed logical to me as well. Here is the paraphrased observations regarding GameCircle in the review report: "Observation: Buttons not working. Steps to reproduce: Tap on "Scores" Actual result: Observe app display error message "GameCircle is currently not available error message" Expected result: User should be able to access Score" Anyway, I filled out a support request in regards to my app submission a couple days ago (haven't received a response yet). Hopefully we can get it sorted out. It's just painful waiting to get proper responses to these issues. It's been 2 weeks since the first submission for review (2 subsequent since) and I keep getting the same failures reported.

Hi Justin, Sorry for the lack of response here, but I have responded to the case you have opened with us. Perhaps it is just against how the API is supposed to work or handle those situations, so I'd advise taking it out and submitting again. Please find more information in my response to your case.
