Ability to access HTML file from cloud drive

We have a desktop app that produces web zoomable images made of a pyramid of sub images linked to html and javascript. We would like to offer the ability to automatically create these directly to a users cloud drive - however it seems there is no way to open html page from any type of cloud drive URL. Is this correct? We are currently able to upload to an Amazon S3 bucket which works fine - but is not very simple for users to setup and manage. It would be great to be ale to use this with the easier to setup cloud drive but I've not found anything that indicates how to create a URL to open the html page in a browser.

Does Cloud Drive only have the option for direct upload/download - or can files be directly accessed using a url?

Here is an example that uses the public folder in dropbox: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/46855667/zoom/Pit%20Bull.html Is there anything like this for clouddrive?

I was playing around with the dropbox files and deleted them - here is another example: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/46855667/zoom/LucidTrapTest.html

After uploading a file, you can query the node id's metadata. The metadata may optionally include a tempLink, which provides direct access for a limited time. Creating a permanent shared link, like the one you posted, is not possible with the current API.

Hi there, This is actually implemented by design for security reasons, and there are no plans to change this as of yet. Regards, Jamie
