Incompatible file types?

Are there some filetypes that are not supported? I attempted to upload a '.m2ts' file with a 400 respond and an empty response body ({"message":"{}"}) but if I simply changed the file's extension to '.mp4' (even though the video will not play locally), it uploads just fine.

I saw that, but at the end of the paragraph (before the file types are listed), it does say this: "Photo and video file types not listed below will still be stored in Cloud Drive; however, they may not be viewable as “photos."" Which leads me to believe that Cloud Drive shouldn't care what file types are uploaded, it just may not treat them as 'photos' or 'videos'.

Hi there, Thanks for posting. If you could provide some more information on the matter, that would be greatly appreciated. You originally stated that it works as .mp4 and does not work as .m2ts; are you saying that .mp4 is the only file type that works, or is it .m2ts that only does not work? Also, what is the actual extension for the file? Finally, in the configuration that does not work through the API, can it be uploaded successfully through the 1st party web UI? Regards, Jamie
