Maximum File Size of 129115298 bytes?

I am trying to create a file with the [b]getUploadUrlById[/b] API. If I change the request from 129115298 to 129115299, the API returns "400:Bad Request" I couldn't find anything on file sizes and the desktop client doesn't seem to have this limitation. Has anyone seen this problem? Thanks!
