Can i get Permanent link of some resource uploaded on Amazon Cloud

Description of TempLink is visible in REST API Documentation. It says that Temp link expires after one or two days. Is it possible to get 100% permanent(Sharing) link without giving authorization to user? Is it possible to make a shared Resource while uploading it and it turns visible in shared Folder. Hi there, Thanks for posting! tempLinks are actually temporary. They can be 'shared' in a rudimentary sense for the limited time they exist, because if you have one, you recently made an authenticated call to CDS. What exactly is meant by "link without giving authorization to user"? Do you mean 'getting auth' from the user? Or do you want to share a file without letting the customer know? Or is it just have uploaded files be shared by default? Any more information on what you're trying to do would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Jamie
