question

I have a math app with minimal English. I am getting downloads in the UK, but none elsewhere. I would have expected at least one or two foreign downloads, so I'm wondering if the app is not available in those foreign markets, and if it is not, what do I need to do to make it available. It is a free app so it's not like people would be taking a big risk on downloading it and then finding out they can't use it because of the amount of English in it. Thank you.
