Problem with getServiceStatus in the new API

We imported the new amazon-mobile-associates-1.0.0.27_0.jar to our project. Then followed all implementation steps mentioned in https://developer.amazon.com/sdk/mobile-associates/in-app-detail.html and also upgraded the app tester to version 1.0.0.21. The project gets compiled and run without any issues. But, we constantly receive userData = null and canSearch = false: 08-12 10:38:09.160: I/supplement list(23243): service status response { 08-12 10:38:09.160: I/supplement list(23243): "requestId": "59222d18-e35b-4ea6-8981-3366a53397df", 08-12 10:38:09.160: I/supplement list(23243): "supportedPurchaseExperiences": [ 08-12 10:38:09.160: I/supplement list(23243): "DIRECT_WITH_PREVIEW", 08-12 10:38:09.160: I/supplement list(23243): "DIRECT_WITH_DETAIL" 08-12 10:38:09.160: I/supplement list(23243): ], 08-12 10:38:09.160: I/supplement list(23243): "canGetReceipts": false, 08-12 10:38:09.160: I/supplement list(23243): "canSearch": false 08-12 10:38:09.160: I/supplement list(23243): } We need canSearch to be set to true for the searchByID to work. FYI, we also had to add the following lines to the manifest: android:name="com.amazon.device.associates.ENABLE_TESTING" android:value="true" /> android:name=" com.amazon.device.associates.ENABLE_LOGGING" android:value="true" /> What's the problem here?

Hello, Thank you for writing to us. Please included tag inside tag in AndroidManifest.xml. We have fixed this in the documentation available on the Amazon Mobile App Distribution Portal. Regards Mudeem
