I can't download Amazon App Tester

Hi Folks, I really need your help on this as I was suffering a lot to find a solution for my issues but it seems that there is no way to download the App Tester from the Amazon AppStore. Everytime I try I'm getting a dialog box (attached below). Any thoughts ?? Cheers.

The only solution would be change your marketplace or create a new Amazon account in a marketplace that is supported by the appstore. We support the following marketplaces in appstore: Amazon.com Amazon.it Amazon.co.uk Amazon.de Amazon.es Amazon.cn Amazon.co.jp Amazon.fr Amazon.ca Amazon.com.br Amazon.com.au Amazon.in

I have already an account within Amazon.com but does ask me to change my address ? isn't against Amazon's TOS ?

The marketplace is determined by the address on the account. You can just use any US (or other marketplace that is supported) address. The app is free, so it won't reject the credit card.
