HUGE Sales to Earned income PROBLEM!

Hi Merch Team, I calculated my sales royalty during the month of October and arrived at a number wayy more than what is currently showing on my Earnings Tab. I understand that the sales are earned when it is shipped but its already the 16th of November. Also will the earnings for October be updated? Meaning will all the sales that happened in October be recorded as earned in October when they are shipped in November??

The earnings report reflects all final sales (t-shirts that have been shipped to customers) by month. Therefore, all shirts shipped in October will reflect in the October earnings report. Any shirts shipped by November 1 will not be displayed. We will provide this feedback on the display units to the product team to clarify when the dates are locked for sales.

Yes, I understand. I was curious as to whether I would recieve all the income from sales in October even though they weren't shipped till November because that would mean I would have to wait another month to get income from a sales in October. Thereby making it 3 months wait time

Anything that was not shipped until November 1st is considered November royalties, which are paid out at the end of December.
