Is the weekly tier review automatic?

Is the weekly tier review automatic, or do we need to request it by email? Thanks! (p.s.: Merch is great!!)

"Tier updates will be reviewed on a weekly basis." Appears that it will be automatic. I found this in the FAQ link located in the "Messages" section of my Merch home page.

Supposedly automatic but after a solid week of waiting I'm hoping they are able to get them done soon.

I have passed 25 t-shirts sold. I'd like to know how can I get in the next tier level. Is it automatic? Do I have to send an email requesting the upgrade? Thanks.

Now a pop up appears on my dashboard informing me I have reached the maximum live products and to email the normal to request more space for designs.

@ AmazonLove... People will not be buying from us if our designs are not of high quality. As long as more people are buying from us, it means they like our designs and hence it's of high quality. Let customers who buy from us be the judge of our designs through the FAMOUS amazon review system. How could the merch team decide if a design is of high quality if they themselves haven't bought a t-shirt from us. This business is great but after selling so many t-shirts and not moving up the tier makes me wonder if it's sustainable over the long term. That's my two cents.
