November Eearnings - LESS THAN HALF of what they should be.

Hello, I was checking my Dashboard and I noticed that the November earnings were finalized. I won't give out numbers, but the earnings are less than half of what they should be. I took a random date (11.24.2015) and on that day 8 T-shirts were sold. In the earnings CSV, on that same date it appears that only 1 Tshirt was sold. I also checked for cancellations, only 2 cancellations for the entire month. Can someone shed some light on this discrepancy between sales and finalized earnings?

Hi Cioclod, Same here. My partner's account is short of 78 t-shirts when I deducted the total sold and total returned. This is a lot of missing t-shirts (money) so we definitely need an explanation as to why this is happening.

dizi, you say "My partner's account"... Does that mean that your account is in order and all sells are corresponding to earnings? What I'm asking is, do you have an account that's with correct earnings and a partner account that has incorrect earnings?

same case here, my November 2015 estimated earnings calculated by Amazon is almost 50% than what the commission in Amazon sales reports suggests (after removing the cancellations) have sent email to Merch Seller support

Mine is even worst. Not even half. More like just 10% of the total earnings. My first sale occured on 17th November and when I download Earnings CSV files, it shows just couple of shirts that were sold between 25-30. It only shows 9% of T-Shirts shipped out of all the ordered, so you can see here a big discrepancy. I realize that Amazon only calculates royalties of a month for only those t-shirts which were shipped. But I don't believe that they could have shipped few shirts ordered between 25-30 while leaving previous ones and many more between 25-30 dates? Were those not shipped in November yet? I wish Amazon could give us real time shipped numbers so we could have checked if they were shipped in December or not, thus be worry free that at least our money is there and is not lost. Hopefully some staff can reply here ASAP because it's causing me concern as well.

Perhaps I am getting some idea. My first sale occurred on 17th like I said. Till 25th, I had only 3-4 designs in total out of 2 were selling in low numbers. And that's what shows in CSV report which says that those were shipped between 25-30. So my items that were ordered between 17-25 got shipped between 25-30. And the items/sales after 25th might not have even got shipped (till early December), thus not being included in November earnings. Still though, it's good if we get explanation from Amazon itself. And like I said, real time shipping figures would be real nice so we can see how much are shipped in any given month (including current month) instead of waiting for half of next month to roll on and then see, which still does not provide clear insights.

Mine was much less as well. But without knowing when each product was shipped, we have no way of calculating what our check should be each month. I suspect that as production capacity increases and shirts get shipped faster we will see less discrepancy.

Perhaps on the 24th you sold 8 shirts but only 1 was shipped before December 1st? If so, it should be made clearer somehow. Perhaps there should be a stat like: "Total Sales November: xxx | Total November Sales Shipped: xxx"

This could be it. But the real question is: Will we eventually receive the royalties from november sales at a later date? Maybe on the december earnings? I hope the money is not just 'gone' and that we eventually receive the full royalties (minus cacellations of course)

They are going to tell you the earnings are on the shipped date not the sale date.
