How to update the live design which has a low resolution?

Hi guys, I just found one of my design has a low resolution (<300ppi), I'm afraid my t-shirt will come out with bad quality (this shirt have more than 10 sales) and I really don't want my customer to get that. Are there any ways for me to fix it? I had redesigned it and just want to update my design with 300ppi. Thank you for your support.

You can now delete designs with errors in the image under the "Manage" tab of the portal. Find the live shirt and then select the "delete" option under actions. For more information, please see the following FAQ: https://merch.amazon.com/resource/201846470#productiondeletion

But this design is on selling, if I take I down (delete) it would be lost rank and "link" for my customer, I just want to send you guys an update the same of my design with a high resolution (300ppi). Can I do that? or if you guy print it with bad quality, just email me & I will send an update design 300ppi for you to make sure the best t-shirt for Merch's customer. Thank you very much.

We really appreciate the ability to delete designs and open up a tier slot. That's a terrific improvement. I hope Amazon Customer's issue is also dealt with in January. When we wish to improve an existing design, we should be able to upload a new file and just have it override the existing png file without having to delete the entire t-shirt, losing sales rank, reviews, etc. It also invalidates links over the Internet. It works for Createspace. Hardly any author or publisher uploads a perfect book file the first time. Some have to upload ten or more times before they get it right. Anyway, that's not a complaint, because we've agreed to give the Merch staff the Christmas present of not complaining. So, for now it's just to put this onto the 2016 agenda. Until then, thanks
