Hi all, I've been emailing Amazon directly, but replies have generally been really slow and not always helpful. We ordered a sample of one of our t-shirt designs as we were interested in selling on Amazon. We were disappointed with the quality, but we were hoping it was just a one-off bad print. The colour was not what we were hoping (admittedly this could be our fault, although there doesn't seem to be pantone matching), but more importantly there were clearly visible stripes going down the design. They have at times taken 2 weeks to reply, but have admitted printer error and pointed me to the default retail returns process: http://www.amazon.com/gp/orc/returns/homepage.html/ref=orc_surl_ret_hp However, this does not seem to process sample purchases, and so gives me no options to return anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get a new one printed? I'm very reluctant to pay for it, out of principle, especially as they have agreed that it is a faulty product. Or does anyone have a more responsive contact method? And probably more relevant, has anyone had similar printer errors? Thanks, Ndemic
