Deleting Shirts

I found out that if you want to delete the shirts you need to send a message to amazon support asking them to delete your shirts. My question is, if I have 3 shirts and I delete all 3 shirts, will the shirt count be back to 0?? e.g. if I'm in tier 25 and I delete those 3 shirts can I upload 25 shirts or I can upload 22 more shirts??

If you delete 3 shirts, it counts towards the 25. So you can only add 22 t shirts. Hope this helps.

hello dizi23, thank you very much for your answer, don't get me wrong are you 100% sure about that? I'm asking because whats the point of being able to delete the shirts in the first place then?

You are welcome, brutal_king. I'm 100% sure of it because I have deleted some of my t-shirts and when I try to add it says I have reached my maximum limit. Like you, not sure what's the point of deleting t-shirts in the first place. Amazon doesn't respond any emails I've sent so far. Hope this helps.

thank you very much for the info. I wanted to make that sure before I ask to delete them, now I will leave the shirts, I can try to sell them at least, better than deleting them and losing 3 spots. Again thank you very very much for the info.

Shirt deletions still count towards your total limit because they will still be displayed in your dashboard as live, even though selecting the link will lead to a 404 error. We are working to improve the service and will post updates to the portal when we have made changes to tiers and deletion processes.

Any shirts you delete will be subtracted from your total live t-shirt count in your tier once the deletion process completes. Please note, this can take several hours to process.
