Odd Revenue Amounts?

I'm seeing a few odd revenue amounts in my sales report...the royalties are correct but the revenue amount is off. In a couple of cases, it's showing $0.00 for a revenue amount. Is anyone else seeing this? I wrote to support, but thought I'd ask here as well. It doesn't bother me too much, as long as my royalties are correct, but would like to know if this is a bug or something else?

Guess I'm the only one, huh? I did receive an answer from Amazon, they are looking into it.

I've gotten a few like that. I assumed they are gift certificates. Like you said as long as I get my commissions, no worries.

Regarding PNG, this is the standard used by several shirt print companies that I know of and seems perfectly acceptable. I'll be interested to hear regarding other issue.

Every t-shirt company I work with uses PNG, and I work with about 10 other ones. It's pretty standard.

I think that possibly you are not familiar with the layout? Go to https://merch.amazon.com/analyze and select dates from (for example) 1st November 2015 to 13th January 2016, then click 'Go'. You then see a list of all sales in that time and related data, which you can download as a CSV. If you go to https://merch.amazon.com/analyze/earnings you will see a list of months and earnings. You will not be paid yet for December Sales. I suggest you read the FAQ https://merch.amazon.com/resource/201846470 and past threads on here and you will see most of this covered. It sounds as if it is just that you aren't yet familiar with how this all works.

Update. sorry im new to amazon. I figure i simply did not meet a threshold for payout. of that is the case, sorry for my hasty assumption before.
