Amazon, can you start banning people

Amazon, I am seeing an overwhelming misuse of this service, people are using brands like AC/DC creating a logo for it and profiting on other people's success. It is my hope that you do not allow people to misrepresent your brand as a place were you allow this to happen. And as an actual content creator meaning I'm an oil painter and sketch artist this sort of behavior is disgusting.

In addition to banning blatant Copyright breaches such as direct copies of logos etc, is anyone actually working to deal with incorrectly removed items? I have had 3 designs removed - all created by hand from me and containing no copyrighted/Trademarked items - was told to respond within 48-hours. I responded in under 4-hours and 7-DAYS later have still had absolutely NO response whatsoever from Amazon regarding this matter, and no details of the complainant and thus am unable to have my lawyer draw up a suitable DMCA Counter-Claim and/or legal action against spurious or malicious claims that led to the design removals. Are Amazon not legally required to ensure that under the law they act "expeditiously" to inform sellers of items that have been removed due to copyright complaints, and ensure that they are provided sufficient information so as to submit a DMCA Counter-Claim? Any chance of an official response? I've e-mailed and tweeted multiple times now with ZERO RESPONSE! Is this really how you plan on managing the Merch program? I know I'm also not the only seller having this issue as multiple members of the Artists United private co-op have posted similar issues to our AU forums - which of course mean all 1300+ AU members are now reading about how software developers and graphic designers such as myself are being treated like they don't exist by Amazon, it's utterly ridiculous!

I have been waiting 3 months for response on a design that was incorrectly taken down. It was a T-shirt with a single letter on it hand-drawn. I didn't use any fonts.

Merch by Amazon, it would be good to see if you can get someone in the team to help with cases like this. Amazon (like Facebook, Google and other overly large corporations) is fairly 'notorious' for ignoring legitimate claims and just auto-responding to issues raised. It would be a big difference if you actually take on board feedback in these early days from designers and have a way to actually care for them, rather than just take the easy way and remove any designs that get complaints without checks.

Yes, they have indeed removed original designs containing no text/image/etc that is restricted. Under USC.17 regulations regarding DMCA they are legally obliged to provide details of the complainant and allow us to, where appropriate, file a DMCA Counter-Claim and have our work reinstated within 10-days. However I've made repeated communications to Amazon regarding the removed works and so far received no response at all, and thus no information on the DMCA Complainant in question which means I'm unable to assert my rights to file a counter-claim and have my work reinstated. Frankly it's a disgusting state of affairs - particularly when you consider the unfathomable amount of clearly stolen and/or copyrighted shirts etc being sold by Amazon "Marketplace" sellers - an "Artists United" group that I joined recently is dealing with action to have Amazon remove an account which has over 6 THOUSAND Tshirts etc on it of which almost all, if not all, are not just copyright infringements but are flat out stolen copies of designs made by genuine artists - but does Amazon do anything? No! You'd think with the ongoing eBay fraud case going on that Amazon would want to be 'extra' helpful in removing genuinely stolen items and help genuine artists/developers, sadly it seems to be the opposite!
