Photoshop will not accept template

When I try to open the template in Photoshop, I get the error message: "Could not complete your request because it is not a valid Photoshop document" I have two different versions of Photoshop on my computer and get the same error message in both of them. Anyone have a solution to this?

I am no longer using Photoshop, but haven't had problems with the template before. Did you open the zip file after downloading? Inside the folder you have a .psd file, which is what you should open in Photoshop.

Hi there, Welcome to the dev forums and thanks for posting. Could you please share more details: What file are you trying to open and how are you opening it, step by step? It's possible you are trying to open a .pdf file instead of a .psd file, which could cause such an error. I have verified that the template file is not corrupted.
