Invitation for Merch - WHY AM I NOT APPROVED?

I submitted an invitation on November 18, 2015, 2 days after the cut off. I am part of multiple facebook groups and multiple people that I know have been approved even though they submitted an invitation after me. Why are these people being approved and I am not?
