I have requested to be reviewed numerous times. We have over 6500 designs we would like to put up. Wish I knew the answer to this question too. Hopefully someone can shed some light.

I bet it isn't unlimited, they don't want to end up like Zazzle with 1 billion designs, where 99% of them are copies, or terrible quality lol
