Can Merch by Amazon get approved as YouTube approved retailer?

So, YouTube content creators can create links to their fan merch in their videos, but the retailer has to be on the approved list. Amazon Merch doesn't seem to be on the list-- https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2760471?hl=en I'm not sure what a retailer has to do to get on there, but I think it would be great if Amazon Merch could get in on this! (My partner has a YouTube channel, and I think Amazon would be perfect for his t-shirts.)
