My t-shirt design came in black and white, why?

Was wondering if anybody can confirm if they have bought one of their own t-shirts from Amazon and it arrived in the correct colour, I recently bought of of mine and it arrived in black and white, when it was supposed to have red on it? Am I missing something? Cheers!
