For me, the situation that ads shows only for USA locations - ruin everything. It means that my app's will have no ads in most of worldwide locations. So, free for all that not good at all if you use the ads for to pay some application fees (for non free services for example). The only way is to detect if I can't get amazon ads than use some other ads provider. But in the case (becourse it means more complitated application and bigger application size) the Amazon ads should have some advantages ...
