Error while using FTP

Hello. We're having some strange experiences with the FTP upload process. This is our first app so we want to make sure everything is going smoothly. During the upload I got an error message in the FTP program saying this: Error: Connection timed out Error: File transfer failed after transferring 250,954,918 bytes in 2727 seconds After that I stopped the upload. We then got two emails from Amazon, one saying that the upload was unsuccessful and one saying that it is successful. The binary appears in our list but the listed size isn't the same as the file. Is that caused by the error or would that reduction be part of the Amazon processing that happens after a binary is uploaded? On a similar note, is there a way, on our end, to test whether or not a binary was uploaded successfully? Anyway I hope everything is ok but as I said this is our first app so I want to make sure we get it right the first time. Thanks -Mike
