Getting error Ad failed to load. Code: INTERNAL_ERROR, Message: Server Mess

Hi I have decided to integrate amazon mobile ads in my "Anime Series" app. Also, I have set my app's application key in setAppKey method. But, I'm continuously getting this error "Ad failed to load. Code: INTERNAL_ERROR, Message: Server Message: DISABLED_APP". Any help would be appreciated.
