Why do I see 2 lists of games when I search on my mac and on my PC?

Hi there. When I do a search for games such as 'Running With Friends' I get 2 different lists of results. On my mac I see about 4 - 5 games listed, but on a PC I get about 40. Does anyone know why this is? I'm searching using amazon.com but sometimes I connect using a proxy from China and so the site may think I'm in US or UK, or some other country sometimes. Does the Amazon.com 'apps for android' list show different results depending on where I am located? Thanks all Martin
