Are mobile ads available for non US locales?

Can I integrate amazon mobile ads from UK and Canada? I can check country of visitor and want to redirect to appropriate amazon stores. Is it allowed?

According to Amazon, their mobile ads are currently only served to US users. If a user from a different country uses the app, the Amazon ad requests will not be filled. It is allowable to incorporate Amazon Mobile Ads into apps developed and distributed in other countries, but be aware that ads will not be returned unless the user is in the US. Amazon suggests using Amazon Mobile Ads as a secondary ad service, alongside one that supports other countries, if your main user base is not in the US.
