COPPA is my game child directed?

The COPPA FAQ ( http://business.ftc.gov/documents/Complying-with-COPPA-Frequently-Asked-Questions) is very long and after reading it for half an hour I still do not get what makes a game child directed?! Maybe some of you guys know more about COPPA and can tell me if my games are child directed. I have marked my games as "Cartoon or Fantasy violence - Light to Moderate" at Amazon and similar at all other publishers, does this make my game NOT child directed?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding COPPA. The definition of what can be considered an app directed at children comes from the FTC, not from Amazon. We at Amazon are not able to interpret these guidelines for you nor can we provide legal guidance. Please refer to the FTC guidance and FAQ for any further information. http://business.ftc.gov/documents/Complying-with-COPPA-Frequently-Asked-Questions Thanks
