I'm getting very frustrated. I signed up for the $1.50 ecpm special, but I can't get ads to load in any of my apps. The customer support has been very lacking and I've been trying to get help for a week with no good results. The first time I opened a ticket I was told that I was trying to reload the advert too often. This is not the case, I'm trying to load an advertisement every 60 seconds per recommended guidance. I replied back with logs proving this. Then I was told that I had failed to enter my tax information. Again, not true, my tax information was entered and verified since Feb 9th... Finally the last communication I had was 2 days ago. It just said "we are looking into the issue and will get back to you". By the time I actually can get ads working, the special offer will be over. I'm very disappointed with the level of developer support thus far. Does anyone know the solution to this?
