DISABLED_APP error when attempting to display an ad

When i attempt to retrieve an ad from Amazon mobile ads i get an error "Server Message: DISABLED_APP. Try again in 30 seconds". In the docs it says that it might be because the tax information hasn't gone through. My Tax Identity was confirmed on Feb 13, 2014. My appid is 49e6edb13b5147039cf6d607473a43da. What do i need to do to fix this.

Thanks, that error is gone but now Im getting. "Server Message: no results. Try again in X seconds." I am based in the U.S

Hi Dima, It means, the server did not have any ads for this request. Subsequent calls will return immediately with no results for the next X seconds. If the problem persists please write back. Thanks.
