Does Amazon support piracy?

Hello, our app Gun Disassembly ( noble-empire.com) has been stolen and released on Amazon App Store. http://www.amazon.com/High-River-Gun-Disassembly-2/dp/B00JHJ5Y10/ref=sr_1_1?s=mobile-apps&ie=UTF8&qid=1397576094&sr=1-1&keywords=Gun+Disassembly I'm from Noble Empire dev team and assure that we never released Gun Disassembly for Amazon App Store! We released application for iOS Android Google Market Mac App Store PC - available on our web site We wrote to Amazon support about issue with our app, but have no answer. Does anyone have the same issue?
