The Google Play services resources were not found

Every time I request an ad, I am getting following error: 08-03 16:07:30.166: E/GooglePlayServicesUtil(21604): The Google Play services resources were not found. Check your project configuration to ensure that the resources are included. Google play services is already implemented in there and working fine, however on Amazon Ads I am still seeing this error, I am using Amazon Ads SDK v 5.4.78 Please advice.

It seems to be a problem on the Google side but ads should work correctly. https://developers.google.com/mobile-ads-sdk/kb/?hl=it#resourcesnotfound

Yes. This looks like a known issue that Google's website says to ignore. See here: https://developers.google.com/mobile-ads-sdk/kb/?hl=it#resourcesnotfound Unless you are also seeing logs from the Android SDK indicating difficulties retrieving the Google Play Services ID in a situation for which the Google Play Services ID is needed (for example, the user sees "The Google Play Services Advertising Identifier feature is not available" on a modern device for an app that was downloaded from Google Play) then everything should be working fine. Thanks.
