How do you add the open source attribution and disclaimers to your EULA?

I don't have the expertise to write my own EULA, or the funds to hire a lawyer to write one. How can you include the open source attribution and disclaimers that come with the amazon sdk without making your own EULA?

Hi Amazon Customer, For obvious legal reasons we cannot advise you on how to create your EULA. This is not hard to do however, and you can find many examples for apps in the mobile space from many legit sources on the Internet. You might also take a look at what other developers are using for a rough guide as to what is needed.

Is there a place in the Amazon store to add a custom EULA? Or do we have to bother the user in-app with a EULA? Or, what about just adding the attribution and disclaimers to the privacy policy instead? I hope there aren't legal reasons stopping you from answering :) Thanks

Ok, so after reading more carefully and reviewing the responses here http://stackoverflow.com/questions/670978/using-bsd-licensed-libraries-on-iphone, it appears that a custom EULA is not necessary. All you need to do is include those notices SOMEWHERE in your documentation or other materials. "Redistributions in binary form must reproduce the above copyright notice, this list of conditions and the following disclaimer in the documentation and/or other materials provided with the distribution." So as long as the app store links to your website, and your website provides the notices, it should be fine.
