Ads not showing with error message "Server Message: DISABLED_APP"

I have integrated the Amazon Ads SDK 5.4.235 (Android version). But I can not get an Ads from the server and the error code is: INTERNAL_ERROR, the error message is: Server Message: DISABLED_APP I had finished the payment setting and Tax setting one day ago. Please help me. Thanks
