Ads not showing up in non-test mode?

Today I integrated the Amazon Ads API in my android app. If I enable the testing, I can see the ads but when I comment AdRegistration.enableTesting(true); All ads stops working. From the logs, I am not getting anything at all. Can you please help me out, what I am missing ?
