Audio Sound from Banner Ads?

Our users from Australia reported that there is Audio Sound coming from a mobile banner ads, and when that happens the mobile banner ads will disappear. This only happens in Australia, we have tested many other countries and we can not reproduce this. However, we do not have testing devices running in Australia. The Audio is about 1 minute long, and two male talk about treatment for cold symptoms such as nasal congestion and throat discomfort. I am wondering if anyone else has this issue? Thanks in advance.

The Amazon Mobile Ads Network does not currently support Australia or audio based ads. If you are using mediation please check to see if the ad is coming from another network.

Thank you very much for your reply. It is good to know this is not from Amazon. We do have two other ads networks which we are checking as well.
