Very low fill rates

Hello there, We are seeing very low fill rates lately in various countries for interstitial ads, here are some figures: UK Requests Impressions Fill Rate 507,181 698 0.42% France Requests Impressions Fill Rate 390,173 87 0.06% Spain Requests Impressions Fill Rate 661,107 25 0.01% Italy Requests Impressions Fill Rate 715,875 54 0.02% Japan Requests Impressions Fill Rate 154,888 105 0.08% Any suggestions?

Dear Ross, I have gone through all of that and still couldn't find out why this is happening. Everything was going fine until 2 months ago where ECPM and fill rates dropped significantly. Can you please have a look at our reports and get back to us? We been trying for over a month now to get an answer for this and still nothing. Thanks
