Rejected for using an SDK that is 1 week old?

I just downloaded the SDK last week and they are rejecting my program for not using 1.0.3 in-app purchase api???? I'll have to check what version I was using, but I think, 1.0.3 has been out a while, can't see why I wouldn't have had a current version. -------- We?ve determined that your app uses the incorrect version of the In-App Purchasing jar file. In order to update your app, simply download the latest version of the Appstore SDK and replace the IAP jar in your project with the recommended version of the IAP jar ? v.1.0.3.

was using 1.0.5, unity scrip on website still uses 1.0.5, manually corrected to 1.0.3
