Pirated App - Who to contact?

I was getting ready to upload my game to Amazon when I saw that a pirated version is already there! http://www.amazon.com/DreamAir-Bocce-3D/dp/B00EB5SVI8/ref=sr_1_2?s=mobile-apps&ie=UTF8&qid=1376072745&sr=1-2 Worst of all the hackers have changed the permissions on the app to probably include some malware. I wonder how a game with these permissions passed the review process: - com.android.launcher.permission.INSTALL_SHORTCUT - Get notified that the operating system has finished booting I have searched through amazon page, but I see no mail for these kind of things?
