Transferred app to new dev account, not changing in store

Hello, There is no specific forum sub-category that matches my issue. I have had my apps transferred from one developer account to another. I see these apps under my profile, however there are no sales being shown on my reports. Further, the apps still show the previous owner's name on them. I need this resolved ASAP as I am losing out on downloads. Is there a number I can call? or can someone please respond on here. Thank you, -Paul
