Magazine App not Appearing in Newstand

I see other magazine apps (as opposed to just PDFs) that show up in the newsstand now. How do we get our publication to show up? We have already selected magazine as our category.

Apps that are available in Kindle Fire Newsstand are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis. We will review your request to be included in Kindle Fire Newsstand and will follow up if we need any additional information.
