"Offers in-app purchases" in the store with 0 inapp item

We didn't add any inapp item to our game: Offroad Legends Sahara. But in the store it shows that it offers inapp purchases. Probably this is caused by that our engine implements inapp-purchase, but we don't use it. Should we add a new version without this feature? Is it enough to remove the "receiver" from the manifest? Thanks

In addition to removing the receiver from the manifest, you would also have to rebuild w/o including the iap-app-purchasing-1.0.3.jar Which engine was this app built with? There was an issue with apps being built using GameSalad, which has since been resolved by they GameSalad folks, and they've updated their workflow so you can build w/o inadvertently including IAP...

Thanks for the answer, we will remove the jar file too. We are using our custom engine. (based on cocos2d-x, horde3d, bulletphysics etc.)
