I just got a second rejection, because (after 4 days!) the reviewers said they "could not find the IAPs" inside the app. First of all, this app is already on sale in iTunes and google play. The apple developers had no problem finding the IAPs without instructions. After the first rejection (on Monday) I provided DETAILED written instructions in the notes to the reviewers on how to access the IAPs inside the app, I even pointed them to a video that we created for our customers on how/where to find the IAPs. And yet, still the same canned rejection email. This is crazy, how can I provide more information that detailed step by step instructions? I don't know how resubmitting again will help because I've already provided instructions, why would the 3rd time be any different? So incredibly frustrating. Here are the detailed instructions I provided to the reviewers, how can I be clearer than this? "We previously received a rejection because the reviewers could not find the IAPs inside the app. Here is how to access them in the app: go do the Edit wall icon from top menu, then choose "Change background image" Then choose "Choose from Stock Backgrounds." Once there, you will see the free included stock backgrounds, but if you swipe you will see there are 3 more background packs to choose from (those are the IAPs that range in price from 29.99-39.99, and if you touch an image thumbnail there is the ability to purchase a room individually (those are all of the $4.99 IAPs). Just by way of an update, I contacted support and they said the reviewers said they couldn't find the menu items that were in my instructions. I created a youtube video to show them that they ARE there. Will I have to wait another 4 days to have someone look at this again?
