Bad Reviews and Amazon DRM

I just received a bad review because the user didn't want to stay logged into Amazon to use my app. What is Amazon's stance on this? I understand the benefits of using DRM, but if it leads to bad reviews then it kind of makes me want to not use it. One bad review can kill sales, and at that point I feel Id rather just deal with piracy. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
