It says i have changed the name?

I cannot update one of my apps as it tells me that the name has changed within the app. Thing is, I am using andromo, so it can't have! Unless originally i uploaded the wrong app first. But if that was the case i would have two apps listed with the same name (so Im excluding that possibility) How can I sort this. I have an un-updatable app!
