Can't figure out how to edit my app or upload new binary

Hey I can't Edit my App to upload a new binary. It says it is in review and I can view the details but there are no "edit" buttons to edit any of it. How do I edit my app or upload a new binary for it?

Edit: Now my app says its live, and there are edit buttons for all of the sections except the section for the binary files. Do I need to add a new app in order to submit a new binary file?
