In-App purchase is working on sandbox but failed 3 times on submission

Hi, Our In-App is working fine using the following developer instructions from Amazon: https://developer.amazon.com/public/apis/earn/in-app-purchasing/docs-v2/testing-iap-2.0 https://developer.amazon.com/public/apis/earn/in-app-purchasing/docs/adobe-testing However, Amazon keeps on failing our build for the In-App purchase error. Our game is Letter UP: Live Word Game I hope Amazon support can take a look ASAP. Thanks,
