Amazon App Tester cannot be installed: you are not eligible to purchase

Hi, We would like to use the Amazon App Tester to test in-app purchases. However, it won't install, it gives the message: "you are not eligible to purchase this app due to geographical restrictions" What we have done so far: * Installed Amazon Underground store on an Android version 4.4.2 device (LG Android device, also contains Google Play Store) * Created an Amazon developer profile, with country set to Netherlands. Tried again today, now I am able to install it! I did not change anything, but now I am able to continue with it.

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 512.0 KiB each and 1.0 MiB total.

There was a brief period of unavailability around the time when you originally posted. The issue has now been fixed, and tablets and phones should now be able to access the app tester. Thanks, Nick
