Updating "approved" in-app items

Hi all, We're in the process of submitting our app, and are adding our in-app items. However, one of our approved in-app items needs updating as we need to add additional language descriptions and update the brazilian price. I cant seem to find any edit options for an approved item, can you help? Thanks Luke
