Hello, This message dialog is not part of Amazon IAP SDK. To better understand your situation here, please kindly answer the following questions: 1, are you running your app on tablets or FireTV? 2, are your app an Android one or HTML5 one? 3, which version of Amazon IAP are you using? 4, have you support game controllers in your app? And it would be a great help to us if you can tell us your login email on Amazon Developer Portal. Thanks.

Hi, i'm working app Android and running on FireTV, and version Amazon IAP is version 2.0 This app not support game controllers. i login with email: dqsinh@outlook.com Thanks. Sinh

Could you please share us the screenshot and adb logcat so that we can take a closer look? Also, can you go to "Settings - About - Check for System Update" to see the OS version of your FireTV? If it is possible, can you make an sample app which shows the message? I'd love to see it on my screen. :) Thanks.
